Help us make our campus safer and more accessible by supporting the construction of two new parking lots. With nearly 200 additional parking spaces, your contributions will make a lasting impact on our community.

Small Bites
Shrimp and crab salad with cider aioli and espelette on fried saltine.
Triple cream brie on grilled sourdough with pepper jelly.
Buttermilk fried chicken with hot honey.
Avocado mousse on English cucumber with togarashi spice.
Salad & Bread
Housemade bread served with cultured butter and sea salt.
Little Gem lettuces with red wine vinaigrette and 24-month-aged Parmesan.
Main Course
Braised beef short ribs with roasted tomato gravy.
Maine lobster and spinach au gratin.
(Vegetarian/shellfish allergy option: Spinach au gratin)
Three-cheese twice-baked jacket potato.
Charred market salad with cast-iron-seared squash, zucchini, sweet peppers, and Vidalia onions.
Open Bar
Champagne, beer, wine, liquor, signature cocktails, and a dessert cocktail.
Non-alcoholic beer, mocktails, and assorted refreshments.
Coffee & Dessert
Coffee and dessert will be served after dinner.
